Chris Gerber is a technology and cybersecurity executive with more than 28 years of experience leading enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives across Fortune 1, managed services, and defense organizations. Throughout his career, he has led global technology organizations, directed enterprise security strategy, and helped organizations modernize infrastructure while balancing business objectives, operational resilience, and cyber risk.
Before co-founding the company, Chris spent 21 years at Walmart in progressive technology and cybersecurity leadership roles, where he led teams responsible for security architecture, product security, and technology strategy supporting more than 600 products and services across 26 countries. He also served as Chief Information Security Officer for a managed security services provider, helping organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture through governance, security operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Chris is a retired U.S. Air Force officer with more than 20 years of military service. He holds a Doctor of Science in Cybersecurity, is a patented inventor, and serves as a university dissertation chair. His expertise spans cybersecurity strategy, cloud and infrastructure security, Zero Trust, AI-enabled security, governance, compliance, and executive technology leadership.

Jamie Gerber is an accomplished operations and technology executive with more than 26 years of leadership experience driving business transformation, operational excellence, and large-scale technology initiatives. She has led global teams, managed multi-million-dollar technology portfolios, and partnered with executive leadership to deliver strategic programs that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support long-term business growth.
During her 20-year career at Walmart, Jamie led global supplier technology platforms supporting more than 100,000 suppliers worldwide and played a key role in enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives. Her experience spans product management, enterprise systems, SAP solutions, supplier lifecycle management, financial planning, and organizational change, with a proven ability to align technology, operations, and business strategy.
As Chief Operating Officer, Jamie oversees the company's day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and customer experience while helping clients achieve sustainable growth through practical, results-driven solutions. She holds an MBA and is passionate about building high-performing organizations, developing strong teams, and delivering exceptional service.
